Josh was with us every step of the way. He was able to provide informed analysis on each property we visited. He knew when to stop the tour based on issues with electrical or structural problems. Most importantly he took the time to understand what we wanted in a house and really customized the search accordingly. That allowed us to find the perfect home in very little time. All of this during the early stages of the pandemic.

I couldn't have been happier with Josh. As a first time home buyer I was brand new to the process, the jargon, and all the details.
